Physical items

We provide a 30-day, money-back guarantee upon return delivery of your product. For change of mind returns, the item must be returned in re-sellable (unused) condition and return postage will be paid by the buyer. For faulty products, return postage will be paid by the seller.

Digital products

Due to the nature of electronic downloads, please note we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges of downloadable PDF patterns. Please choose carefully before making your selection.
